Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and correct it as necessary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
